Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before booking

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings require a 50% advance deposit. The balance amount must be paid at least 20 days before your arrival date in Dehradun. Passengers will not be permitted to board unless full payment has been received.

2. DGCA Regulations

All flying is carried out strictly within the rules stipulated by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Air Traffic Control. The pilot's decision on flight suitability, weather, and helipad safety is final and undisputed.

3. Weight & Baggage

Only one baggage weighing a maximum of 5 kg (3 kg for Do Dham) per passenger is permitted in the helicopter. Larger luggage is stored at your Dehradun hotel. Passengers above 75 kg body weight are charged INR 2,500 per additional kg, payable at the counter.

4. Weather & Delays

Helicopter operations in the Himalayas are subject to weather. Delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes due to weather, ATC clearances, VVIP movements, or force majeure are possible. Additional expenses due to such extensions are borne by the guest.

5. Passenger Shuffling

For flight safety and weight balance, passengers travelling together may be split across different helicopter flights.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Rescheduling is permitted only if requested 15+ days before travel. Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • 45+ days prior: Full refund
  • 30 days prior: 50% of total tour cost refunded
  • 25 days prior: 30% refund
  • Less than 25 days / No-show: No refund

7. Hotels

Hotels mentioned are subject to change based on availability. Alternative similar-category accommodation will be provided without prior notice.

8. Health & Fitness

Passengers with cardiac, respiratory, or blood pressure conditions must consult their doctor before high-altitude travel. Carry all personal medications.

9. Liability

If any dham cannot be visited due to weather or technical reasons, liability is limited to refund of unutilized sector value.

10. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand courts.
