Day 1
Arrival at Dehradun
Meet our company representative at Dehradun airport & transfer to your pre-booked hotel in Dehradun. Check in, briefing between 08:00 - 09:30 PM. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2
Dehradun Helipad → Kharsali (Yamunotri Visit)
Morning 06:30 AM transfer to helipad. 07:00 AM departure to Kharsali, check in and start the trek (6 km one way) to Yamunotri. Darshan & back to Kharsali. Overnight stay at the hotel. Palki / Pony included.

Day 3
Kharsali → Harsil (Gangotri Visit)
Morning 07:00 AM departure from Kharsali to Harsil. Arrival at Harsil Helipad. Harsil is one of the most beautiful valleys in Uttarakhand — also known as Mini Switzerland. Gangotri temple is approx. 22 km from Harsil helipad; drive by car approx. 50 mins. Stay at Himalayan Nature Resort, around 2 km from helipad. Ground staff will assist throughout.
Morning 08:00 AM departure to Guptkashi. Later fly to Kedarnath Ji & back to Guptkashi after darshan. Kedarnath is flanked by breathtaking snow-capped peaks — the most remote of the four Char Dham sites. We arrive at Phata helipad from Gangotri and after changing choppers, fly to KEDARNATH helipad. Temple is approx. 500m from helipad (15 mins walk). Kedarnath has no night halt facility — after darshan, return to Guptkashi.

Day 5
Guptkashi → Badrinath Ji
Morning 08:45 AM departure to Badrinath Ji. Arrival and transfer to hotel. Badrinath Ji is one of the 'Ancient Four Dhams' — a celebrated pilgrimage site at 3,133 m elevation, guarded by Nar & Narayan ranges with towering Neelkanth Peak as backdrop. The place was once carpeted with wild berries, giving it the name "Badri Van".

Day 6
Badrinath Ji → Dehradun Drop
Morning 11:00 AM departure to Dehradun Helipad. Transfer to hotel & airport for further journey. Yatra concludes with divine blessings and unforgettable memories.

Terms & Conditions
All flying is carried out strictly within DGCA and ATC regulations.
The pilot's decision on weather suitability, take-off and landing is final.
50% advance booking; balance 20 days prior to arrival in Dehradun.
Only one baggage max 5 kg per passenger; luggage stored at Dehradun hotel.
Maximum seating: 6 passengers + 1 crew per helicopter.
Passengers travelling together may be shuffled between helicopters for weight balance.
Extra weight above 75 kg — INR 2,500/kg payable at counter.
Hotels subject to change without prior notice; similar category will be provided.
Rescheduling permitted only 15+ days before travel date.
If yatra cannot start from Dehradun to Yamunotri due to weather for 2 consecutive days, trip is cancelled; refund given after deducting Dehradun stay, meals, transport & flight planning charges of INR 15,000/person.
If stuck at any dham due to weather, next day may cover two dhams; night halt at final dham.
Extra day services / stays due to weather are borne by the guest.
Passengers must report on scheduled ETDs; late arrival = NO-SHOW, no refund.
Company recommends keeping 1 additional buffer day at Dehradun.
